Theater of Self

Masrah Al That targets young adults aged 
18-27 in Beqaa, who face psychological and 
social challenges impacting their well-being. 

Using interactive theater as a therapeutic tool, 
the project offered a unique approach to enhancing self-awareness, emotional management, 
and communication skills.
